Amendment No. 3
Due to the fact that different funding options were proposed, that may be in the best interest
of the university but were not solicited by the RFP, it has been determined by university legal
counsel that the project should be re-advertised to allow alternative funding to be proposed.
Therefore this amendment hereby cancels this RFP.
A new solicitation will advertised in the near future.
